Scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, dependencies, and support terms are defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, content, credentials, approvals, and feedback on time.
• Ensure that any materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
• Maintain access to your domain, hosting, payment accounts, business accounts, and third-party platforms unless otherwise agreed.
• Review deliverables and report issues within the review or support period agreed for the project.

4. Payments and Taxes

Fees, payment milestones, renewal charges, advertising spend, hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, taxes, and payment due dates will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement. Work may be paused or access may be limited if payments are overdue.

5. Changes, Delays, and Cancellations

Requests outside the agreed scope may require revised pricing and timelines. Project timelines may shift if required inputs, approvals, access, or payments are delayed. Cancellation, refund, and handover terms will follow the relevant proposal or written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, templates, libraries, processes, know-how, and non-client-specific components used to deliver the work.

Third-party software, fonts, plugins, images, APIs, hosting, cloud services, and platform accounts remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, copy content unlawfully, submit malicious code, or use the website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

8. Warranties and Limitations

We aim to provide reliable, professional services, but websites, software, hosting, advertising platforms, and third-party services may be affected by factors outside our control. Except as expressly agreed in writing, services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat non-public business, project, credential, and technical information shared with us as confidential and use it only for providing services, support, administration, or legal compliance. Clients are responsible for rotating credentials when project access is no longer required.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand will have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these terms or our services.
