📸 A REAL DELIVERY PIPELINE, NOT JUST A GRID • Import & cull — folder import, EXIF-ordered contact grid, keyboard-driven pick/reject pass, star ratings • Processing pipeline — batch resize (web + hi-res), logo or text watermark with position/opacity control, JPEG export, all done on your own machine • Gallery generator — static, dependency-free HTML/CSS/JS output: cover page, sections, lightbox, slideshow, per-photo and full-ZIP downloads, client-side password gate, responsive layout, with 4 designed themes • Client selection mode — a favorites picker inside the gallery lets clients export their picks as a file they send back, which GalleryForge imports to show the chosen list — a proofing workflow with zero backend • Shoot manager — client, date, package, delivery status, and archive locator for tracking which drive the RAWs live on • Printable proof-sheet PDF — a contact-sheet grid of thumbnails with filenames and star ratings, handy for client review or handing to a lab

📤 DELIVER YOUR WAY Export the finished gallery to a folder or USB drive (works today, forever), send it as a ZIP for WeTransfer-style delivery, or use the built-in FTP client (plain FTP, not SFTP/FTPS) to upload directly to hosting you already own. The FTP upload is the only feature that talks to the network — everything else, including gallery generation, runs entirely on your machine.

🔒 YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE GalleryForge works fully offline for import, culling, processing, and gallery generation. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription: no monthly gallery-hosting fee eating into every shoot's margin. Your images never pass through anyone's servers unless you choose to FTP them to hosting you control.
